The DinA5 labels are properly applied to each position in just one work step. With this system, you are able to label up to 200 pallets per hour. Equipped with our XPA 93x printing and labeling system, it produces a flawless and perfectly printed image that guarantees traceability without any problems. The pallet labeling process is very simple: the XPU system and its labeling speed depend on the speed of the conveyor belt. The pallet is stopped briefly and the labels are applied via the automated system. If jams occur in the production process, such a system can adapt. But the reverse is also true: if the production speed is increased, automated systems can be easily adapted and scaled.
